**Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic, put thru garlic press
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

    Directions

    1. Prepare spaghetti noodles according to package
    2. In a large bowl mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese
    3. In a medium saucepan heat olive oil
    4. Add garlic
    5. Add shrimp
    6. Heat thru do not over heat
    7. When noodles are done, drain
    8. Pour noodles over bread crumb and cheese mixture
    9. Add fresh chopped basil
    10. Pour olive oil mixture over everything
    11. Using 2 forks mix together, pick up from bottom and pull uppasta
