Pecan Cookies
Servings: 3 dozen
Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 1 lb grated pecans
- 1 lb confectioners' sugar
Instructions

In a stand mixer beat egg whites until stiff

Add confectioners' sugar and pecans to egg whites

When combined using a cookie scoop- place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet

Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes
