Turkey Chili

Looking for a chili recipe that doesn’t use ground beef? Using ground turkey in place of ground beef is a healthier alternative.

Turkey chili is going to be your go to recipe when you need that warm all in one meal. You will be able to have this on the table in 30 minutes!  Be sure to serve it with a roll to scoop up what’s left in the bowl!

  • 18 ounces ground turkey
  • 1 medium green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 15 oz can kidney beans drained
  • 1 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 package McCormick chili seasoning to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Chili powder optional
  1. Brown ground turkey

  2. Add garlic, onions and green pepper

  3. Add beans, tomatoes, chili seasoning, cumin and tomato paste

  4. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes
